b88club's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
b88club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
b88club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or security review.
